This residential weekend is for everyone who wants to get acquainted with yoga (young, old, stiff or flexible), but also for people who already practice yoga and want to delve deeper. In Hatha Yoga, the body is used as an instrument to increase your consciousness and calm your mind. to bring. By assuming physical positions, Asanas, we encounter the limits of our physical body, but also our mental body. Body and mind are inextricably linked. By practicing Yoga we become more aware of ourselves in our environment. It's about letting go and unfolding. Allowing natural processes, without intervening or expecting. An Asana, performed correctly and consciously and relaxing, leads to the resolution of blockages. Physically and mentally. Relaxing the body and mind creates space so that energy can flow freely through our body. This has many beneficial effects. The form of Hatha Yoga that we practice is not about increasing our physical flexibility, agility, strength or endurance. It is a result of the exercises. But it is never a goal in itself.
